The Farmhouse
Built in 1860, our beautiful colonial style farmhouse offers couples the unique opportunity to spend a long intimate weekend with their closet friends and family. Arrive and unwind on Thursday, decorate at your leisure on Friday, host a fun-filled rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, enjoy a beautiful wedding day, and wake up at your leisure for departure on Sunday.
The farmhouse itself consists of elegantly decorated bedrooms with vintage furniture, an eat-in kitchen, a spacious livingroom with attached bar area, and a farmhouse style porch. The first floor bridal suite has a private bathroom with clawfoot soaker tub. The third floor has a beautiful sitting area, wall-to-wall built-in vanity, mirrors, beautiful lighting, and wrought iron antique dress hooks; the perfect setting for the bride and her attendants to get ready and relax.
The Cottages
Our romantic cottages for two (2) were added in 2019 and are a beautiful additions to our property and offerings.
Cottage #1 & #2
Two 10x20 one room sanctuaries with mahogany furniture, queen bed, full bathroom, porch swing, and elegant decor. Perfect for parents, overflow bridal party, anyone staying with a furry friend, or anyone traveling with an infant. They are quiet, spacious, and sit behind the Farm.
Honeymoon Cottage #3
A 10x26 one room haven with mahogany furniture, queen bed, full bathroom, sitting areas inside and outside on the porch, porch swing, coffee, robes, and beautiful decor.
Getaway Package
We are pleased to offer this package to couples looking to getaway for a night or two to celebrate their LOVE.
This package includes:
Overnight stay in one of our romantic Cottages with queen bed, full bathroom, porch swing, sweetheart Adirondacks, fire pit & wood, outside dining area, and complimentary bottle of champagne.
The Gambrel
Built in 1928, this two-story Gambrel style home next door to the Farm is most commonly used by groomsmen or the groom's family for a quiet retreat away from, but walking distance, to the Farmhouse next door. Much more personal and less expensive than a hotel room, the Gambrel will sleep EIGHT of your favorite people comfortably. It has a double living room for the men to get ready, an eat-in, fully stocked kitchen and adjoining dining room, four bedrooms, and one full bathroom.

Being situated in the quaint upper village of New Gloucester, Coolidge Family Farm has several nearby amenities...even a few that are within walking distance.
Quality Inn & Suites
The closest hotel to the Farm is the Fireside Inn & Suites located only three miles away right off of Interstate 95 in Auburn. The perfect place for your family and friends to stay and shuttle to and from for your wedding day!
Hilton Garden Inn / Riverwatch
The next closest hotel is the Hilton Garden/Riverwatch approx. 5 miles from the Farm in Auburn.
Old Bell Tavern Air B&B
Built in 1773, this old tavern has been restored to a three-bedroom, three bathroom air b&b. It's stunning decor and serenity will provide a peaceful retreat in the heart of New Gloucester.
Spring Meadow Golf Course
Located at 59 Lewiston Road in Gray, Spring Meadows is a beautiful 18-hole golf course for the golf lovers in your life to take advantage of during your stay in New Gloucester.
Norumbega Yurts
These Double Yurts include two furnished yurts, one for sleeping and the other for gathering and cooking. Connected by a deck they also offer a gas grill, Adirondack chairs for relaxing, and a nearby Cidery (see below)!
Norumbega Cidery
Located a few miles from the Farm, this family owned Cidery is a great spot to relax with family and friends, enjoy some delicious cider, and meet the locals!
Link's Variety
Right down the road from the Farm, you'll find Link's Variety offering a great selection of pizzas, sandwiches, burgers, homemade soup, salads, groceries, and gas. You'll find the to-go menu in our kitchen and me there most every weekend!
